He is able to sing songs in his native language English or in French. An esteemed classical guitarist and lutenist, Morgan will alternate between instruments and return to acoustic covers, respective of ceremonial protocol upon request. Morgan frequently captivates audiences with his original songs that are characterised by their impressive fingerstyle flare, coupled with the compelling melancholy instilled in his lyrics. He is a well respected Jazz and rock guitarist frequently touring as a session musician throughout Australia and Europe. Born in Perth Western Australia, Morgan Remaj has made a promising career as a classical guitarist and pop musician. Appearing as guest artist at numerous festivals such as the Black Wood Chamber Music Festival, the Villers-Bretonneux Festival and the Brighton Early Music Festival in the UK, Morgan is a frequently performing soloist in continental Europe. His interest in contemporary music has led to frequent collaborations with European based composers. In August 2019 he played a series of concerts in Perth and Bridgetown for the W.A. Classical Guitar Society and the Bridgetown Guitar Festival. In June-August 2022 he played an Australian solo Guitar-Theorbo 6 concert tour. In September 2022 he collaborated as a theorbo continuist with the Opéra studio of Colmar performing four concerts of Monteverdi and Haendel in the region of Alsace, France. He has been a finalist twice at the WAAPA Warana Concerto Competition in 2016 and 2018 and was a prize winner at the 2019 Melbourne International Guitar Competition.
