We are The Wave, a tribute band dedicated to The Cure, even if we prefer to define ourselves as interpreters of The Cure.
The band consists of 5 elements: two guitars, bass, drums and backing tracks, vocals.
We are all long-experienced musicians with numerous concerts and records, having played in both other cover bands and original bands.
Our repertoire offers the most famous songs of The Cure, with a wide setlist that allows us to play according to the needs of the club.
As you can hear from our videos, we reproduce The Cure's songs according to their original structures and sounds, recreating the typical live atmospheres of the English band on stage.

I The Wave sono una band, di recente formazione (2022), composta da musicisti, accomunati da una grande passione per i Cure, con esperienza ventennale, sia in cover band che in band originali, con all'attivo numerosi concerti in Italia e all'estero, incisione di dischi, collaborazioni con artisti rock italiani. Il nostro approccio all’arrangiamento dei brani è quello di emulare il più possibile i brani delle incisioni originali dei Cure sia nei suoni che nell’esecuzione.
